RGB to HSV conversion problem

I'm trying to convert Hex(F66600)/RGB 246, 102, 0, I've used several online converters. After the conversion I'm gettin the HSV of 25, 100, 96 BUT instead of getting the color I'm wanting (see picture) I'm getting a neonish green with the GTS HSV.

you must divide the H value by 3,6.
