I think everyone has their own take on what classifies 'rice'.

For me, it's anyone who takes their car (asian, domestic, euro - doesn't matter) and makes the car look like it's faster when they still have everything under the hood stock.

Now, a 10 second Civic with a big wing in the back is not rice.

A 15 second Civic with intake/exhaust an 19" wheels is rice.

I think they're OK, but IMO, keep the front wheel drive ones off the drag strips.
