This looks like an air intake product. Apparently they're getting desparate. Look at the HP gain:

9 and a half wheel horsepower gain for just an air intake is actually outstanding. Assuming that it is an air intake.

If it's for something like the Turbonator or Tornado Fuel Saver thing, then it's just crap.
On the Tornado infomercial, they claim it gives a 96 Impala SS 20rwhp gain. Which is a load of poop.

Edit: Unless you're saying that it's rediculous to say it's that much. Then that could be true as well. Because the way I read it it seems that you think it's low.

I put some stickers on my car and gained 200whp!!

...no, seriously, all I have is a K&N filter and a modified exhaust, both of which came with the car. I estimate that they add maybe 4hp. As MistaX said, 9hp for an air intake is pretty damned good.

I'd be more interested in the Air Temp decrease, after the changeover. Solid 4deg. F. That'll help keep engine bay temps down, a little. Not much increase in performance, just a smidgen longer life. :D
