I don't know, I imagine there is a list on here that does mention it. There are, however, plenty of threads on here about Race Modification.
For the car's I've done, the modification costs from about 100,000 to 300,000, but it varies from car to car.
Plus, on top of this you have to pay for extras such a racing soft tyres, engine modifications and some other tuning parts, can't remember exactly.
