As a side note, is there a better place to put these quick and easy questions? There seem to be a lot of yes/no question posts that get answered in the first post and then slowly sink down or get periodically bumped by someone else giving the same answer. Does anyone use the chat?

No that is not true. There still are only 15 cars eligable for racing modifications.

Then the next twenty threads on here will be people trying to confirm this lie, and its a waste of time and room that could be used on talking and answering real questions.
