Rm/Ram to AVI Conversion (or mpeg/wmv)

I have tried innumeral programs to convert full rm/ram files to AVI files...no luck whatsoever. If anyone can give me a program that doesnt put a form of advertising on the file when it converts it to AVI, that would be very helpful for me.

If not AVI...mpeg or wmv will be acceptable too.
