The "Other Racing" forum covers those topics. Unfortunately, I don't think they harbor quite enough popularity to warrant their own forum.

Making new forums all depends on interest. If there are about 10-20 people wanting a new forums for something, then it may not go ahead.

Over 100 people interested would probably be a different story though.
