United kingdom Light Car Company puts out the Rocket which is a total beast. Sure it's pricey at 100,000 credits but I have used it to win so many races and had fun doing it.

I bought to win the the British Lightweights because I couldn't do it with one of my old time favourites the Caterham. I then moved onto the 10min races and got gold on all of them. Of course you have dumb down the PP a little in some races.

It is responsive, nibble and rarely puts a tire in the wrong place. Keep it off the curbs and you can drive it around sweeping curves wide open. Love it using the DS3 controller.

With the cheap payouts I usually save my game to an external source then try a car out if I don't like it I just reload my game save. With this car I didn't bother I liked it so much. Give it a drive.
 
I have barely played any gt6 and I have won this car :) so at the cost of 0cr it really is excellent value!

Wow what did you do to win this ? I have been getting gold on most events and have not seen it pop up. Maybe it's a regional thing.

If I recall correctly you have to get gold in the first three Goodwood events and you'll receive one as a prize car.

weird. I'm only halfway through National B and I already have this car.

edit: yeah goodwood sounds right!
 
Just came in 1st in the Polyphony Digital Cup - Race 1 just beating out a GT-R '07 by .487. Great fun.

Darn I wish I would have known that sooner. I have yet to run any of those events, somehow I overlooked them.

Each set of events nets you a prize car if you get gold in the events. They are all sets of three so you have to complete the whole set to get the car, you can't complete three random Goodwood events and get a prize car. You should try them, the Goodwood events are a ton of fun and you get some pretty cool prize cars too.
 
Golding the first 3 Goodwood events sounds right. I haven't done much but I have done these as they were good fun
 
Wow I really don't now how I missed those. I have golded most other earlier events to it's on to these then.

They are not quick but they corner like F1 cars running soft tires. Most corners you can just lift off without breaking and losing forward energy.
 
Weird I have gold in the first 6 Goodwood events and hacen't recieved any price car. Is it because I need to update?
 
The Mira is just a larger version of it in a way

But mine is British Green(the color it should be) it it is a hoot around silverstone
