Horrible news, but not surprising. He had been in ill health for the last couple of years. Something really bothers me about his death, was how his doctor, or doctors, could operated on him when he was sick and so old. Operating on someone in that condition is instant death. I hope they're happy with their money.

Wow, this is sad news. I loved him in movies that I saw him in. I didn't see many, but they were hysterical (namely, Back to School and a guest appearance on The Simpsons and Home Improvemnet). It might be for the best, though. He must've been in severe pain in his last few weeks....
