Anyways, look for the Coliseum. It's not in all versions of the game.

Hey Men,

I'm going to like turning in the Rnd 9 and the Rnd 10 times together on the Rnd 10 Race deadline. Gee, I was about to get in a big hurry this morning and probably turn in the times for the Rnd 9 Race, and they probably wouldn't be the best times that I could turn in, by being in to much of a hurry. I'm just glad that I desided to return to this thread and read the messages here again. Now, I won't have to be in to much of a hurry, and I'll certainly be able to run better times for both Rounds.
