Route X Test Numbers Thread

I wonder how long it would take the Samba to get around.

16 minutes and some change ;). I did that too. You don't even have to turn it. The banks keep it in check. Lol

16:31.111 to be exact. And I was lap one. Remove the start and hit lap two starting at the glorious 70mph and you will shave off a tad more. That was pure stock with no mods at all

Wonder how that stacks up to the real world?

Hi, one question, are the tires cold or warmed up at the acceleration test?

Thanks,

Ronny

Does the aventador come with racing softs from the dealership?

Not enough money to buy tires =.= are you really that poor?

Yes. I have 2,000 credits. And I've sold 5 or so cars today.

If you have a decent B-Spec Bob, run the Spa 10 Lap Challenge seasonal. 4,000,000 Cr. with the 200% bonus. It can even be won by a Lvl.0 Bob if you know the trick...

This doesn't mean GT5 is wrong, it just means you might not be launching it as carefully as the real life testers. Not saying you do, but flooring it does not get fastest times.

Real life figures are purely a note of interest rather then a complaint as such, also as a quick note the ingame mini doesn't have enough power to spin its wheels so cant get away any quicker.

Also, if this is the "Official Route X Results Thread", why no top speed results?.

There is a thread that takes care of top speed, I was going to but then realized that fact.

Also, Does anyone have Any Ideas for me to make it more user friendly and easy to read? That's alot of numbers all bunched together.

How about this?

Do they have to be full-tuned, Mitch? I've got a few moderately tuned cars that I use fairly often for my gallery's Hangar features that I've tested so far.

Might be a handy idea to add HP/kg to the results, and possibly tires, to give people a better idea of what to expect. Just a thought! 👍

Basically I am doing, Stock, Fully-Tuned, and Race Cars. I figure those will appeal to the masses more then say, 2006 Ford Mustang (with supercharger and exhaust) Personally I would like to, but based on what I have seen, there isn't many people that care that much about how a lightly tuned car would accelerate in comparison to that of a Stock one would (which is sad because that's much more realistic)

Yeah, that's not a bad idea, the thing is though, If we get say, 200+ Cars on the list.. The OP will be Ridiculously long, I don't mind the idea though, We'll see what other people have to say, thanks :)
(in translation I mean, that's an awesome Idea)

What about a presentation like this? It doesn't take up much room and is easier to scroll with your eyes. The key is keeping the numbers aligned and providing space between stats so that they are easier to read.

It keeps record of up to 100 cars.

As a suggestion I would ditch the max G reading as its a little bit redundant with the 0-60 included.

Well I will continue to include the max G readings for you as it is interesting but I would be tempted to have the 0-60 and 1/4 mile before it in the stats as they are the more recognised figures.

Every test is useless to tell the truth if everyone makes it their own way. I´m getting different times than most of you and i made 2 test for each car and everyone stock. Actually my numbers are close to real life cars but most of you go or compete for the best numbers not the real ones.
I´m trying to see how good is the simulation in this game with each car with stock specifications and tyres. And by now most of them are pretty accurate.
But then i come here and see this thread and i don´t know what to think.
Most of you play the game because it is and that´s fine but i guess i play the 'other way'.

Do this: go to the real dealerships web pages and get the car specifications (as i did), i mean check gearbox, rpm, acceleration 0 to 100 and max speed. Then check in the game if PD put the same exact ones as they did with the Nissan GT-R 2012 and most of the cars. And finally test them as it should be without tuning the cars or changing anything.
See what you got. But don´t try to be the best here giving the best numbers. Tell us if the car in the game 'runs' as the real life counterpart.
I´m doing this right now. (testing all Nissan´s GT-R)
