I cant seem to find the track in the online list(i did not purchase the track)


The track is still on the online list but you can only watch people using the track the most. You cannot enter the track

You can't access nor filter the track until you purchase the DLC.

If you mean by using the track filter then you won't be able to unless you purchase it. I think you can still race on it though. Unless they patched it with the last update. I'm not sure if they have or not.

There's your problem. The only way you can now play the DLC tracks, without buying them, is if they're used in a seasonal.

That's just an optional matter for individuals whether they use them or not.

Everyone else paid to use it so I only think its fair. Unless Sony refunds us all and PD lets us have it for free.
