Yes he sends the cars back after duping so he gains 4 cars and there are plenty of proven tuners in the tuning section with very good feedback. Maybe you send him the car he uses someone elses tunes then sends them back and gains reputation for the tune that he could look up.

That's why i agreed to the Italia.. i have my own tune for it and wanted to see if his was any good. An LFA is worth knowing if he's legit or not

Yes but it could be a very good tune if he has got it from a reputable tuner.
