RUF 3400S (Online) - Neutral setup used as a base tune.

First Setup!
This is a basic setup to make a neutral 3400S. This setup is fast for me and can be adjusted to however the user sees fit. This is to be used for Online races only, using it in single player may not guarantee the same results. To get to 500+pp, first, buy all of the lightweight parts available, then add the power parts.
It is not adjusted much from the original setup.
