RUF Yellowbird PGR4 Update - Sound and physics based off the Yellowbird from PGR4 for Kunos Yellowbird

Took quite awhile to make the car stable enough without handling too well as the car is known for being a handful. Tried to get it as close to PGR4 as possible so it's definitely much easier to drive than the base car.
