RX7/andRX8 wich ones are good 4 grip and power?

Hey out of the FC and FD Rx-7s
Which ones are best in terms of racing and handling not really looking for a drift car just well ballance and can handle a cornner good. As well as decent power.I know all of them in real life can do it but just wondering peoples thoughts on there top 5 out of the rotary crew was?
 
In my eyes, the RX-7 is more fun to drive, it tends to be more tail happy, but that's what makes it fun. I think it's the second best 280hp JDM after the NSX-R.

The RX-8 are more bulky and stabler through corners, although stabler doesn't mean faster, just more predictable.

I think the rx-8 is superior as a road car. Its on rails. I fight a rx-7 to much. But the bathurst rx-7 should be up there for a 7.
 
I don't do race cars, but for street cars (in order of preference not neccessarily speed)

RX8s are too sterile IMO.
 
I'm not a fan of the RX-8s either. As far as the RX-7s go, the Spirit R '02 and the Bathurst R are pretty close, although the Bathurst sounds way better in m opinion.
 
I love my RX-8!! It's my drift car, with some comfort hards and a little extra power its very fun to drift.

I've stayed away the RX-7s and the Silvias because everyone uses them. Its no fun to go into a drift lobby with everyone using the exact same thing. It's fun to switch it up some something different.

And, the RX-8 grips pretty well when tuned for racing but imo, it's much more fun going sideways through corners than straight through them.
 
Gut feeling would be that RX-7 is faster of the two in general. It's lighter and has a turbo and i find it stable enough. RX-8 is na and i think it's bit heavier (newer safety standards). Still i have seen some crazy fast RX-8's around 500 pp so i guess both are good if you make them yours.
 
RX-8 Premium is one of the best cars in the game at it's fighting weight. To me, balanced and predictable means repeated fast laps over and over, which is what it provides. At 450pp on SS tires the RX-8 is almost unbeatable....almost...
 
Looks like i really need to get into tuning of both cars and get serious
 
its all about balance with me i have more than enough supercars lol
 
The Spirit R 02 RX-7 fron NCD tuned to 500PP (No rear wing) is awesome, its fast has great handling and the noise is beautiful.
