Thanks for the setup, rx7guy. Now the F40 seems slightly easier for me to handle.
But still, my best was only 6th place (in pro mode). I've spent too much time getting stucked behind the Z06 and the Ford GT. Guess, need to practice more.
Oh and I forgot I lowered the power and weight, I found it didnt change the car behaviour much, but the opposition cars drove differently, so the Ford GT is easier to pass. Its like the settings I changed also changed the ai cars.
I finished this mission a lot of times in 2nd and 3rd position (so many that I bought the f1 car in fact ) but I still can't catch the nr1 car... best is 2.2 seconds off the pace. Tried 100 setups but no help...

Awesome tuning there man, thank you. This has easily got me from being avg 12-16 to place 5-7. I know it's tough event guys, but keep at it. Yeah I get frustrated as hell too lol; however, if you actually go through all the events as PD intended, your driving greatly improves. Such that, on this event, it teaches you to properly and "politely" pass your competition and if (at any moment) you cannot pass them, to properly get back into the driving/racing line. I'm learning but that's what I got out of it. Respect other good drivers!
