These time trials are just the worst, with 1 in particular I hate!!!

Bugatti Veyron around Ascari in 2:14 for gold
My first try I didn't even get bronze at 2:20 lol! Why would anyone want to drive this barge around such a technical track?

So far had many a restart but gonna keep on trying, would be happy to hear any tips from users who have done it, before I have to give up and sulk :p

The thing to do is take advantage of its incredible pace and acceleration. It turns like a barge so be patient in the corners. get your exit line sorted and squirt it - treat it like the bends at Suzuki. I am guessing you are having trouble around the back where it gets very tricky after the little 'apprentice' chicane. Tip toe through there because - as you probably know - the barge is awfully hard to slow down in a timely fashion. Good luck. :)

Yeah, I was just getting into the mindset of focusing on corner exit speed rather than braking late, then decided to have a break and now i'm trying out the new seasonal events, but will go back and have another go after :D
 
There is another thread a pg or so back " are S licenses Hard" some good advice there that helped me nail all golds in the S licenses, check it out good luck.👍.
 
And brake earlier than you think you need to - and even then brake a little earlier than that:tup: I have seen oil tankers dock with more agility than the Veyron!!! I was glad to get that license out of the way!! But I have a much better knowledge and feel for Ascari now though:tup:

I found that I was losing a lot of time in the 1st chicane - there is a fine line that is very fast through it but be prepared for disqualification if you misjudge it.:)
 
I had some trouble with this. Try turning off TC and upping the ABS to 2 or 3.

Managed a 2.11.3XX using a DS3 and MT.

Put me 2nd out of all my friends, I think the guy in 1st used a wheel.
 
Right, I'm back on it now, lets do this!

I had a quick look at the thread, i'm sure that will help me more on S-4 with the Aventador where I need to find half a second, this Bug I need to find FOUR SECONDS!! haha (Best time ~ 2:18)

It is helping with my knowledge of Ascari, that much is true, since I drove it online (without trying it before) and made a fool of myself flopping around haha

EDIT: i'll try without TCS now

Literally felt like I was drifting most of the track

For people struggling, get TCS off, cut the corners more than you should and don't worry about getting that back out haha
