S13 HP Glitch?

Yesterday I bought the 2000cc S13, went straight to GT Auto to get the oil change. Then went to Laguna Seca to do Run & Setting, that's when I saw that it has 420 HP! I know changing the oil right when you buy it helps, but this was ridiculous. So I bought another S13 to see if it'll happen again, it didn't. So has this happened to anyone else? With another car maybe?
 
It's been known to happen occasionally - often with garages containing hybrids, but not always.

daan had a 2000hp Esprit once - non-hybrid related...
 
It actually had that power when raced... It was 26xx hp - he posted a screenshot around here somewhere, and some no-mark accused him of photoshopping the image!

I remember reading somewhere on the net it said that the Oil change can increase the cars power by 50HP to 100HP, or possibly more than that.
 
An oil change will account for a maximum 5% increase in horsepower. If you have 1000hp, that's 50hp increase. BUT only when the car has reached it's broken-in state.

I bought it for a challenge that I was taking part in. I thought about using it because I had not modified it, but the challenge was at Monaco. Monaco in a 2672bhp car with no downforce did not appeal to me! :D
