What does the S2000 race car perform like? How does it compare to other cars in its class like the RX-7, FTO, etc.
what are some good and bad points on them?

i picked that car too with some proper tuning its not bad but there are other highpowered fr racecars anyway but w/o tuning it sucks so bad

It's good because it has a low centere of gravity.
Personally i prefer the Lexus. Especially with a bit of tuning on it.

the S2000 is better that the RX-7 because the Rx7 gets more oversteer than the S2000, so the s2000 handles better

It's okay, it has superb handling, but it's not as good as the other LM cars.

Not the RX7, I hate that little thing...but the WRX and Altezza are certainly better than the S2000, I don't like that low sort of growl that the S2000 emits...:yuck:

There are of course TWO S2000 race cars...

The Honda S2000 LM is similar in performance to the other LM class cars - the RX-7 LM, Impreza LM, Altezza LM, FTO LM. The AI seems to be better at piloting the S2000 than the others.

The Spoon S2000 Race Car is a GT300 class JGTC car - so it's direct rivals are the C-West Razo Silvia and the MR-S SuperAutoBacs. The Spoon Race Car is absolutely superb to drive, but down on power. You'll have a laugh in it anyway.

It just feels weird for me to drive...I don't know, I just don't find it fun to drive it...:| It feels too light.

I've run comparos with the various S2000's .
The LM is awesome once the oversteer is tamed.
The Spoon S2000 race car is great for races with low power cars.
I ran the Rome Enduro in it and kicked butt. But it only maxes out to 355 HP.
The Mugen is somewhat faster than the Spoon Racer, even though it only tunes to about 347 HP.
The plain Spoon car is the best of the "tuner" cars. Mods up to 444HP. It handles like a dream, and is quite fast.
The Hottest of the S2000s is the stock one. It mods up to the most HP (over 500). when you do full weight redux on it and the two tuner cars, the stock one is the lightest. It also comes in some cool, not available at the dealer colors. I have a really sweet orange one that I have yet to modify.

hmmmm i dont remember where exactly.... i think i won it int he race where you can win the mugen and spoon sport and reg s2000 all at once... trying to get a silver with carbon hood mugen and ended up with an orage s2000 so i was happy with it and did the race again... i think its a 5 series-er... i htink 20 min a time through or something... well if this doesnt sound right then i guess your outa luck... you prob gotta wait for the color... race it or save it through a couple times

Amateur Type-R series race. It's five, 3-lap races. I usually do it with my type R NSX with only suspension and trannie mods.
I haven't found the cojones to try it with my Type-R Civic.

i agree with that i hate the noise that the hondas s2000 and nsx produce :irked: so id usually leave the muffler off or go for a less powerful one

i dislike the altezza... the s2000 is certainly better than that car...

the nsx in the am type r is a sure win.. the spoon type r is also a dead win.. the ITR jpec also a dead win... the civic type r is a bit harder and so is the am spec type r

I think I have the orange S2000...:) Is the colour called something like "Orange Imola Pearl" or something? I have one in orange in my garage.
