I'm not quite certain as to how a "stock" car could be "rice", but apparently it might be due to in part that it has upgrades already present at purchasing. I guess you could call it "rice" then, but heck why stop there, go further and say that a Mustang "GT" is "rice", or a how about a S-10 "Extreme".
I think you need to re-evaluate what you consider "rice". In this instance "rice", as you so eloquently put it, is being used for performance, not show, much like the "rice" you are needing to refer to. There isn't any gaudi-ass wing on the back, nor some retarded gold/chrome rims that weigh in at about a bloaded mammal. There isn't any retardedly useless bodykit hung on it. There isn't some rediculous sticker setup strewn about it's doors, nor is there a gerbil under the hood. You are mistaken, sir, and I think you need to adjust your statement.
