"Zeroing In" <- that one with the phone
"Test Drive" <- Mission with Cesar
"Custom's Fast Track" <- Crane mission
"Puncture Wounds" <- Spike mission

I think because when he plays cards he loses (because CJ is playing regulary when his cronies are helping him out because he's blind).
