Yes, despite the rather odd nickname, and the fact that I look nothing like James May, I am possibly the most dangerous bicyclist in San Francisco
Often, I end up taunting drivers, slaping stickers on cars, and running lights to go 40MPH
You can find me in the Excelsior area of SF, and a sign that I'm in the area is by finding a blue bike with a card on the back that reads "CPT. SLOW"
