how can i get the Sauber Mercedes C9 is there a way from birthday ticket or something like that

It pops up in the UCD from time-to-time, but the fastest way is to get a 1989 ticket and backup your game save. Open the ticket and if you get the Sauber, good on you, you're done. If not, reload your backed up game save and try again. Eventually, you will get one from the ticket. Good luck. 👍

1989 Birthday Ticket (16 Total Cars)
Level 23 Ticket (30 Total Cars)

It was in an OCD at some point, so it may well show up there again at 0 miles
