Save file size question

I remember before an update when a file got to a certain size, it would no longer load. Did they remove the file size limit, or just fixed the items that compile to such a big save? After collecting a bunch of cars, my save file size is now ~1700kb. I'm starting to get worried if this will brick my file...

Nevermind, after a search, I found it was 4165kb, I'm still safe. 90% completion, 800+ cars.

1.08 update has addressed this issue. The size of the save does not matter now.

They removed that limit anyway, my file size is bigger than the old limit. I just hope there isn't a new limit that I may eventually reach. :nervous:

Have you tried starting the game while not connected to the PSN, if so does it load quicker then?

did that and nothing.any guess this has something to do with ongoing hijack on server?anyway,im running Asian R3 copy.

Thanks for clearing that up.

My game takes forever to load ever since they removed the message at the start of the game. Back then, my game save was aroung 1100kb or so.
