Saving Championship Progress

I want to save my progress through a Championship on GT3.

But when I do so it asks me if I want to save over my previous data. Does this mean that all the cars in my garage are lost - can somebody please explain

You won't lose anything from your garage. The game is saved at that point in the progress. However when you come back into the game it will automatically start you in the championship.

TO "pick" your winning car at the end of the series, you'll have to save more than a few times.

We all had to figure that out in the beginning, so this is not a strange question.

Made in Holland is right, we all asked questions that seem silly to experienced people my first question was, can we race modificate cars any more?
