Hey, I just wanted to say Hi and thanks for a lot of great info in here.

I'm Randy, and I just picked up GT5 a few days ago. I'm tryin' to do some drifting and really really slowing starting to get the hang of it. I started on tsukuba (sorry if I misspelled it) though after reading through more topics I've moved over to Autumn Mini.

Hopefully once I start to get the hang of it a bit more, I'll see some of yall online.

Hey Randy... welcome. I'm new to drifting as well. started about 2 weeks ago, always looking for another beginner to practice with. Jersey here.. PSN is TSLRich. hit me up.

and if you're interested, my friends and I have some challenges over at speedLounge.com... mostly grip racing challenges, but one drift challenge at autumn ring mini.

I basically started last night with drifting, so I can def. use a friend online. I think of my psn buddies, the msot recent any have logged on was 4 months ago :$

I checked out the sight, that seems pretty cool. I'll have to get in on some of those challenges.

I havn't yet tried doing anything online w/ GT5, I'm not really sure if my interwebs at home will be able to handle it. I guess we'll find out soon!

Yea... no worries... our challenges aren't based online, read on the site, take part in them on your own time and then post to the thread.
 
Hi there and welcome! Since i'm in a timezone that should be 11 or 12 hours away, it'll be hard to meet up. I do stay late on the weekends though and play with my Canadian friends so if you add me maybe we could play sometime. I'm fairly amateur at drifting too but love doing it and would love to practice. When i'm not drifting online though I mostly do <300hp sports tire races (usually on Nurb). Add me on PSN if you would be interested!
