Noticed a few minor updates to the official GT4 website . Interestingly, the much speculated about weather effects link has mysteriously disappeared from the "environment element" menu and been replaced by an as-of-yet unclickable dirt and snow link. All of this waiting and no satisfaction! There are also a few new confirmed cars and some video of the pit stop in action. Oh, and they finally got around to changing that 3/2005 release date to 2/2005.

Has anyone noticed the section about Nurburgring? The description is, and I quote, "This is the track description for nurburgring. It's a nice track. I like driving this scenic route. whooopie!" Also, it says the track length is 3.40 km.

they still need to update the car list... i gave it a quick glance The focus RS is missing and the mustang GT is listed as an FF type car...

"new AI engine"

ok, they should be sued for this, it's cool that they are listing some features of the game.. but this is a complete lie, sure it's new, but they go on to say it's actuallly good and reacts to your driving... yeah.. that's why when you are next to an AI car it will never give you room if you get on the ideal driving line... the only way to beat AI in GT4 is play dirty (meaning, not caring if you ram them sideways while passing.) because that's how they'll play.

this is why i think online was even more important than it allready is... crappy AI, the game gets boring, FAST when playing against stupid AI, i'm having most of my fun doing time attacks with normal tyres, the sim mode is just a requirement for me to get all the tracks and more cars, if it weren't for that i wouldn't play it at all and would just stick to arcade time attacks.

i see nothing of new

There are a few changes. For one, the site originally had 383 cars, not it has 422. The weather link under the environment element section has disappeared -- among other things.

EDIT: I didn't know the new '05 Mustang GT was front-wheel drive! :dunce:  They need to fix that -- fast.

I think the site is run by monkeys. No not people , actual monkeys.

So, given that logic, they should also be able (between them) to come up with the complete works of Shakespeare? 💡 Given the choice though, I'd rather have the complete works of Kazunori-san :D Nuff said....

I remember hearing from someone on the Official GT4 website that the GT3 website isnt even "complete" so don't expect much in the way of updates.

I've always wanted to drive a front-wheel drive Mustang! :dopey: :sly:

I'm not sure they are going to do too many updates on the GT4 website. The GT3 website still isn't quite finished either... :indiff:

Check out "Alpine- Renault". They list the R5 Turbo Twice(under renault also) and the Clio V6 twice as a Clio and Luteca under Renault.
