If your teacher is even remotely experienced, it should be relatively obvious to him/her what has happened. He/she should be sympathetic, and help you to rehearse for the pressure of real exams.

Doesn't sound to pleasant Rossell. I had that "feeling" of getting a complete mind blank once or twice throughout school. Not much you can do, other than maybe answer a different question [if it's one of those, pick one from (a) (b) or (c) type questions.]

Am I the only one struck by the irony in someone using the internet to post a message to other internet users about how the internet's a bad thing?

SublimeDood, if you look back in history, there are plenty of examples of items which, when used well, are of benefit to society, but when used badly are a detriment to society. One cannot complain about the medium if it is the use of the medium that causes the offence.

On this occasion then, it's not the technology that blows, but your school's decision to post your grades on the internet in a way that your parents can see.

Of course, if you were a 1337 h4x0r, then you could always use that technology to sort your grades out!

This thread title was made mainly out of the frustration of me being grounded because of this internet grade posting crap. The internet is fine with me, but my school district's use of it isn't. Just so I'm not a hypocrite, I will go ahead and change the title.

We did NCEA maths this year as a preperation for doing it next year (I'm year 10 this year) and got Acheived/Merit on all of it, so I should breeze through it. But thats not what my parents want, they want me to blitz it, not breeze through.

I'm doing okay in school. Bs and Cs. My parents are okay with it only because it's a tough school meant for smart people. I got two words for you SublimeDood10, TIME MANAGEMENT
