Hello everyone. My family bought this Scion xB new back in 2009. The car has a few hard to find parts now like the NIA eyelids and Borla dual exit exhaust. Recently, I bought Scion tC wheels for the car.
I also bought JDM tail lights for the car.
Speaking of JDM parts, this is why I made this thread. I bought the factory JDM subwoofer unit from the Toyota Corolla Rumion for my Scion xB and I want to document the installation and hopefully get help from you all with the installation. I see a lot of taking the interior trim pieces apart in my future and wanted some tips of how to not ruin everything, especially the head liner.
Here are some photos initial exploratory photos.
I believe I have the wiring figured out. The sub has power, ground, acc, and input from the front speakers and the little speakers taps into the rear speakers.
I cannot get the subwoofer to sit flush because of this plastic piece above the headliner. So the majority of my work will be removing interior panels and what I would like the most help with.
