Official Console Screenshot and Photomode Thread​

I shamelessly found some inspiration on another "gaming forum" for this thread. Please feel free to add some advice or prefered changes by "CONVERSATION".

GTP has a wide range of games that find their place in the forums. Many of them offer great pictures and screenshot and this topic can be used for showing of your work no matter what game you are playing.

RULES

1. PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Wii U images only.

2. Limit of 5 images per post (width 800px max).

3. It is recommended you host your image on ImageShack, Photobucket, or Flickr.

4. Not sure how to post a thumbnail or preview image? Read this sticky!

5. Please use a clickable-preview to full-size

6. No double posting.

7. Put the name of the game and the platform you took the shots on in your post.

I really hope other games will show up in here as well. The bignames all have their own dedicated photosection but more and more games have a photomode build in. With Uncharted arriving next month there could be another great addition for this thread.

Like Stoney says, threads that aren't certain proscribed ones tend to fall flat after a short while. There are some fine games out there but any attempted threads about them can die as fast a Mayflies.

Keep posting the pics - as Poul Anderson once said: "Don't worry about people stealing your ideas. If they are any good, you'll have to ram them down people's throats first to get them accepted."

Looks like Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will have an in-game photo-mode. It's limited but I'm sure it will prove useful with the various filters.

Interestingly, one of them was called 'infected' and added a heavy red-filter over the image...new MP gameplay mode?

I think Unravel has to be the prettiest game I've ever played. The DoF alone is beautiful.

I picked up a cheap copy of COD when I traded in for Uncharted4 only £3.99 I think? Anyway I haven't played COD since the 360 days (more battlefield4) and wow has it changed the men and scenery look video real, I thought it was a video scene cut at first but it is your team mates. This is the Advanced warfare so has lots of future tech- I prefer the original style so will look out for maybe the new COD and Battlefield If I get time. These games are getting so life like!

I am still amazed at the detail in this game-every game I get on the PS4 is getting better and better. I think they are finding all its powers even in the last year or so.

The audio is outstanding as are the realist graphics balancing on the top of fast moving buses taking out SUVs and Helicopters with your gun this is so much fun makes a nice break from the other story games.

Wow the graphics in this game are stunningly realistic, the detail and lighting especially the scenery, army and the nasty bad guys The hover motorbikes were cool to ride around on..overall another game I didn't think I would like and enjoying. I think I need to try more games out but this is enough for now..I wouldn't want to get addicted now and not get any work done or get out the house! I only used to go on the ps4 for a quick game of Driveclub.

@imported_rik19 ^^ sure is as Jason said, it well looks like him and scarily realistic! AKA Mr Irons (Founder of Atlas-who make weapons and keep the peace) his son died in the first scene. Recommend this if anyone is looking for a blaster that is different as you have a few little extras like a powerful arm and exoskeleton, small boost jump on your boots in some scenes but overall the traditional COD. I have been on Battlefield series since BC1 and not played COD since 1-4. The new battlefield 1 looks great going back to the good old days not sure of the new COD Infinite warfare (going the space/aliens route)..this time made by Infinity ward not the excellent Sledgehammer(although half the staff are with sledgehammer according to reports!)

I will probably pick this up in the next few months when it is released it looks like an old skool Mad Max! ^^

The new cool space Zombies in the upcoming Infinite warfare


The vehicle and roads in San Francisco driving is very life like and the lighting amazing, now if only Sledgehammer made a driving game

Quite a short campaign in this, so these are the final ones from the last couple of chapters over the last few nights..the flight through the valleys was amazing..Enjoyed it all

As you also have a PS3 I reckon you will enjoy Killzone 2 also for its atmosphere (I'll have to check for you if the latter has any photo mode - probably not, I'd say.)

I tried Killzone when I first got the PS4 and it wasn't for me I'm afraid I prefer COD/BF as to me they are more full on action & fun/real looking
