very new to simracing, only really started in project cars 2 last week. I bought a G29 second hand off ebay. It seemed to work for a while, but soon it developed a problem where suddenly the wheel became very stiff, stop being centred until eventually it would stick to one side permanently, until I unplugged it then plugged it back in.
This happens randomly. Sometimes, it will work perfectly for one race. Then it becomes very stiff and starts handling awfully, eventually off-centring entirely to one side.
Has anyone had this issue before? I've tried looking on the internet, but I can't seem to find anyone with a similar problem. I thought it might be that the power cable was disconnecting on a violent turn, but I've tried re-cabling it so that the cables fit in nicely, which didn't make a difference.

Looks like my seller is willing to give me a replacement so hopefully that will work!
Maybe yes from a good friend that you know. But never from ebay or weird backyard stores.
