I've won some cars that I don't really like but when I try to sell them there is no value. It asks if I just want to give the car away, but I'd rather keep it than do that. Any idea if you have to drive the car or something to give it a value so you can sell it? :odd:

No, driving them does not give them value.
Nothing will give them value.
Keep them as prize tokens. Some you can only win once.
You have space for 1000 cars so there is no reason to sell.

If the car is valued 0 it might actually be a good car! (Cadillac Cien)
Some, yes, you might not really get any use out of it but that doesen't mean you need to get rid of it.

All the cars designated "concept" are given no value as there was never a production model from which to base a price. Some of them are useful in later races and some of them are just for having or racing if you choose. Personal choice on whether to keep them or not. Even with 1000 slots available in garage, I find it annoying to have dozens of cars just sitting there taking up space and making it harder to find the car I'm after.

The two things that really bother me about the no value cars: I kinda resent going through a whole series of races that pay next to nothing and then winning a useless car that also pays me nothing. So you spend about $100000+ on a car to win a total of $25000 in prize money and a car you can't sell. Seems like a rip to me. Also, there are some cars that simply do not belong in the game, i.e. the Nike car, the two 1886 motor carriages, the Triathalon. These are interesting vehicles, yes, but completely and utterly useless as anything but collector's pieces. You can't race them anywhere. They should have been put in a museum room within the game as a bonus unlock or something.

Can you imagine how long it would take for the 1886 Daimler carriage to get around Nurburing!!!!! I got rid of mine before trying but I'd love to see the time trial on that.

Yes i was going to sell another car that had no value because i had alredy 2 of them and it told me the same thing "do you want to get rid of this car". Haha i was like yea whatever, charity doesn't get things like this free. So i kept it for an experimentation car...

Before selling any car, make sure it's a car you can get back if you want to.
Some prize cars are only availible once (25,50 and 100%, some license and mission cars).
Maybe someone has a list of them?
