Alright, cool. Only one more left to end the Ferrari world trip. Maybe when the car reaches Lumberjack he'll update this thread? If he still cares about this...
 
I don't think he does. But that's not surprising, this project was a mess from little after the beginning. Why don't we just continue sending the car around people who still like this project?

Yea, alright, I don't mind that.
I don't want it though, I'm happy with what I've done with it. But if someone else wants it then just keep sending it.

MNlumberjack, set up a room for that. I would love to have the car, just keep being sent around to people.

I currently have the car, received it a few days ago but have been away for Thanksgiving. I will get a few days in when I get home and send it on to the next person.

If you want to join his group send him a PM. We haven't started the rotation in it yet.

Ok, some stats to start. I received the car with 16,415 miles and 42 wins. Gonna do some Nordschleife time trialing and run a 4 hours of Nürurgring and then send it on. It is now painted a beautiful GT Chrome 002W.
 
It was sent to CPReece98 a ways back. He is the last person before it made it back to MNLumberjack. I still mean to post an update with pics, just haven't done it yet.

That isn't what I meant. I sent it to CPReece98 and he is supposed to send it to MNLumberjack, taking the car full circle. I don't know if he has or not though.

I had a lot of fun with the car and duped it when I sent it on to the next person. It's a rare car that has a little meaning and story behind all the places it's been so I thought that was pretty cool. I wish I remember my initial impressions while driving it but it was a while ago now. I do remember that it could jump up and bite you in the 🤬 if you pushed it too hard. Once I learned to tame it was a lot of fun on the Ring.

My time trial time was 7'32.430. I can post the replay if anyone requests it. I only had time for a few attempts and on my last try I was over a second ahead on this one and spun exiting the carousel. I hope the car keeps floating around within the group. If it doesn't that's okay, I had my time with it.👍 Thanks to MNLumberjack for the idea, even if it didn't go as he had hoped and planned. It was one of the truly great ideas on GTPlanet.
 
Actually it wasn't Lumberjack's idea. I don't recall who started this though, but this is just an idea that Lumberjack carried on because the guy who started this stopped replying.

mcfizzle, did you ever get in contact with the person next to you down the list? is there any way we can pick this up where is broke? :\
 
Although I never posted while this thread was in its, well, "Hey-Day", I did follow it actively.

I think we should do this again. Someone should buy a brand new Ferrai 458 Italia in Rosso Scuderia, and we should start sending it around the world as was done previously. Anyone else like the idea?
 
Start a new thread and lets get it going im in but people must be committed maybe if we do 7 people instead of 30 it would be easier to keep track of the car.
