Ok, just got a 360, turn it on, and I get E67, or HARDWARE FAILURE! This is a BRAND NEW, took it out of the store 3 hours ago, for my birthday (which is tuesday) this has gone from the best day of my life, to my worst.

EDIT: I fixed it, don't worry tradedy narrowly averted! :D

I had to remove every cable and the HDD, then reconnect, THEN restart the system! I'm currently moving my gamertag to the 360!

No, I just had to remove the HDD and replace it, so its fixed, I'm in the middle of Recovering my gamertag, and I just need the last four digits of my mom's card. Soon I will be on TDU RACING!!!! :)

Well, at least its working. Just as a note, what is the "Manufacture Date" of the unit??

I originally had a launch unit, with it's subsequent myriad list of problems. It was mostly the "E74" video cable problem, but also had many lockups. I sold that to a friend a couple months ago, and got a new one. And, wouldn't you know it, since then he has had ZERO problems. Oh well, because my new one has been spotless as well, so its fine.

I checked, Its brand new, just manufactured maybe in the last 3 months or so, so I think i'll be fine....

You probably find that the Hard Drive wasn't fitted properly when you first inserted it, without you knowing. It has happened to me before.

Fingers crossed, your 360 shouldn't have any problems, like I have in the past with the original AND the replacement.

Enjoy the experience! :)
