Server error ID = 2.2305

Okay, I searched but couldn't find something useful.
I just updated to 2.06 and everytime when the game should connect to a server, I get this message: "A connection to the server could not be established.(ID = 2.2305). Anyone knows what this is?
 
I have that problem to sometimes, but i dont think it has anything to do with the update.
Did you try to join again? I dont really think there is an explanation for this though
 
The error code you provided looks like a GT5 error. PSN errors all start with 8xxxxxxx. Your best bet is to try rebooting your router/modem.

Possibly related, although I am logged into PSN if I go to Account Management on the XMB I get "The service is currently undergoing maintenance."

Sucks. I just dug out my wheel and set it all up just to do the new seasonals, and now I'm going to have to put it all away again.

Who in their right mind would schedule maintenance at peak times? Really, decisions like this really irritate me. I've just about had it with Sony.
 
I think it is to do with PSN maintenance because I can log into my account onto PSN but not onto my dads account or the PS Store. How ever I can log into PSN

I would hardly call "now" (time the op), peak times. People right now are normally at school or work lol. This is not peak times (its 1:30pm here). I don't know where you are, It could be different.

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized no one here is from North America lol, sorry about that. Probably a Eastern side maintenance.

Here in the UK it is 18:35. Maintenance started at 16:00. I call that peak times.

I realise PSN is global, but I find it hard to believe that maintenance cannot be done region by region at a more convenient time.

:lol: Exactly I'm off until Tuesday so I'm loving it! As you said though If you are not at school or work we might have a problem with GT5 taking over your life. :lol: It does it to me sometimes.
 
This message is coming up again for me, same reason as last time I suspect? Pity they didn't announce it to us so we'd know

Well I have it for about 5-10 minutes (just before 00:00 AEST, 22/06/12, 10 hours ago), then it miraculously went away. It never seemed to be PSN, just GT5.
 
It seems that PSN was down for a little bit of maintenance (at least where I was).
Also, I've gotten that 2.2305 error message once. Nothing different happened. I could access the OCD and the Seasonal Races.
 
In Mexico the same, under maintenance.
a little bit of surprise, PSN Store update along the GT5 DLC??
