Server reset time change?

I sent my last car at 7pm yesterday and the reset is 9PM. Well over the reset time (20 hours) today I tried to send a car at 5PM and it says my limit has been reached. Did I miss something?

It is per console not per account

Other than that I don't know

The limit gets lifted at 1AM GMT.
Maybe you've sent the car after it restarted. Wait till tomorrow and see if it still stays.

24 hours = 12AM GMT - 12AM GMT is the window.

USA 7PM - 7PM EDT (OP is 5 hours behind GMT so is likely EDT )
USA 10PM - 10PM PDT

Also Check your PS3 Time zone is correct. people don't remember to reset it after cheating the login bonus.
