Thank you for the comments. I'll have Chapter 3 and 4 up tonight and tomorrow night. I had to reshoot the 2nd half of the sets. All comments are welcome good or bad.
Thank you. The set up was freaking nuts! Several 2 car battles, 1 make races, you'll see why in the final 2 sets. 20 minutes of race then replay for 5 shots. Doing 3 laps here and there. One 2 hour reshoot (I got a dream car lineup to use) which doubled the Chapter 2-4 but gave me an awesome set of night and morning shots.
I think at last count I have 400-600 photos and I'm using 120-175 of them.
I have never been there before. But I have stood in victory lane at the 24 Hours of Daytona, the 24 is something special to behold.
"You're all alone your headlights are the only light you can see. Screams of engines racing through the darkness of the Mulsanne. Team orders changing by the lap with the conditions right behind. The nameless warriors on pit road are tired and restless. Cars seemingly just vanish become numbers at the bottom of the scoring page. The meaning of name race fan is redefined. The fireworks go off with the broadcast. Now it's anyone's race to lose.

The first hint of sunlight comes under the Dunlop Bridge. A welcome sign for many, they survived the night. The weather still on your mind, the first glimpse of what is left of who you are battling, and the defeated sitting dormant. The strategist are crunching numbers every lap while the crew countdown to their final stop. The lead cars start to line up in formation for their final push while others are still racing on borrowed time. For one team the goal has been achieved, to be the first ones around the clock twice.
