I thought I would never see one of these. Meet the 2014 Ford Tremor, properly the F-150 FX4 Tremor Plus. I had read they existed on Wikipedia but very few were made. My research shows numbers between 650 and 2,500, less than even the fabled GMC Syclone. I never knew these were available in four wheel drive.
A year in it's running fantastic! This version of the Tremor was never meant to be super fast, mainly showy for street use and informal stuff. It's powered by the 3.5 liter twin turbo EcoBoost engine, has a six speed auto/manual trans, and quite a few bells and whistles found on luxury models. It sports a custom radio/AC control setup unique only to the Tremor.
Mine carries an SCT tune and a K&N air filter.
It'll be at the Putnam City Baptist Church car show on Oct 3rd. I'd like for people to have a look at this near unobtanium truck. Come on out and see it?
