I just got a 2002 S-10 Blazer yesterday, Greant condition. But i would like to eventually customize it. And i've been looking around to get price estimates. Does anyone have an Estimate on shaving the roof rack off?? Thanks in advance!!

Why would you need to shave it? I bet they come off rather easily, there's probably only some pins holding them on.

Yeah, it's probably just screwed on, then just fill in the holes with body filler if not then I have no idea.

What's engine has it got in it (i can already see it's auto)

A 190bhp 4.3L V6 (unless it's a 1995, which it isn't, because 1995s had 195bhp), an engine created at least twenty years ago.

Idiot.
What the h*ll is scraping there? His oil pan? That cant be good.

EDIT: Acutally, forget that. It looks like it has been shopped. Check out the sparks on the side, where are they coming from? (And why are they so bright?)

No it's real. People do stupid **** like that.

He probably has a piece of metal attached to make sparks like that. I don't know why someone would do something like that, but hey, I wouldn't buy a Blazer either.

Oh, OK. Well, then, DUMBASS!!!!!1!11!!!!!!!!!!!!!11!!!!

Haha, I love that first picture, Cano.

He's got no engine, but he's got 4500 dollar wheels. They'll probably spin if you can get it up on a towtruck.

I love the last one. hell, not even late-80s, mid-90s hot wheels had SO cheap paint jobs

First off when you drag you use drag blocks made of various metals. You attach them to your frame usally.

I don't see why you guys must bash on Blazers. Your no better then the people who bash imports or any other thing.

I don't like the Honda Civic Blazer all that much but the amount of work that guy did has to get respect.

And slammedON20s if you need help on anything to do with blazers just ask me.

I don´t "bash on blazers" dude, nor in any other car, but those things are RIDICULOUS and hideous. I remember seeing a cool all-black blazer with an LS1 engine and a german ZF 6-speed trans rolling on corvette wheels that was absolutely cool, no stupid bags nor any stupid decal/paintjob/stuff, this truck was the real deal and it could actually handle and go because of a Hotchkiss suspension setup. THAT blazer is a good one, not the bagged, puked ones you can find at the site you gave.

Cano

To each is own. If you don't like the way they look thats your opinion. I rather like them.

There is nothing wrong with bags either. Most of the time you won't take a Blazer to a road course any ways. There ment to be looked at and driven not raced.

Nice blazer slammedON20s.

Oh, and for you guys out there that say that we at Blazinlow have bad tastes you should probably head over to IGN which, since this is a gaming forum, you guys should know all about.

If us Blazinlow members have bad taste..why would the Creater and founder of Blazinlow get his truck published on a nation wide gaming website?

How many of you guys have had your ride published on a website? No one? Thats what I thought...

Hey slammedON20s, head over to http://www.blazinlow.com. The people on these forums dont understand the Minitruckin lifestyle.

I'm bashing hideous cars, not Blazers. A Blazer fails to be a Blazer when you add metallic paint, cut the springs and add cheesy chrome wheels.

Hmm, I don't think I can refute that rock-solid logic.

Heh, yes, IGN. Well known for it's quality automotive journalism.

I realise that IGN isn't an automotive web site. But you dont have to know alot about cars and how they work to like them. Just the fact that IGN was impressed enough by Blazinlow that they decided to make an entire article about it is pretty impressive.

I wouldn't have even posted on this forum, but since I see you guys posting pictures of my friends rides and then bashing them I decided to leave my input.

Oh, and about the picture of the no-engine no-interior blazer laying body...Haven't you guys ever heard of a work in progress? Minitruckers aren't like ricers, we dont just bolt on some aftermarket parts and say we have a bad ass ride. We take our time in customizing every part of the truck, from the frame up. That blazer is looking very sweet, and once its done I bet he'll have a nice ride that can never be reproduced.

Why buy something cool when you can build something awesome?

It's diversity.....We like bagged and painted blazer/s-10's. You may like ricers, euros, etc. Like whatever you want but just cause it's not your 'style' dont ridicule others.

Thanks for the info on the Roof Rack guys....

By the way, That Blazer without the engine, The blue, That thing is pretty badass. It's smooth looking...

Still, anyone can see that they have no style. The car doesn't matter. These Blazinlow folks are just ricers using Blazers instead of Civics.

The Blazer is the worst small SUV ever. Anyone who bought one new in the last two years is a complete sucker. You realise that the Blazer Xtreme - the "performance" version - is $1135 more expensive than the Saturn Vue V6, a vehicle with 60 more horsepower that does 0-60 2.2 seconds faster? If you want performance, get that or a 1998 Grand Cherokee 5.9 (240bhp V8 did 0-60 in 7.3, faster than the Cayenne S - costs just $12000 now). If you want a decent small SUV, get the Vue V6, a Liberty Sport V6, or a Santa Fe 3.5. There's no excuse that makes the Blazer worth its price.

Not all of us can be as cool as you

I drive my parent's pristine '91 Mercury Grand Marquis! It is a beautiful Ford and runs on most cylinders. The speedomeer also works most of the time. It rules.

Also, it is worth mentioning that the dashboard caught on fire once and there is a 2 inch by 2 inch hole in it.

Snazzy.
