Has anyone read the write up on the '04 Holden Commodore? Unless I'm mis-reading it...which I might be...it says:

"This Commodore SS even set the record in the highway touring race around Australia, covering the 9.3 miles distance in just six and a half days."

LMAO! 6.5 days to cover 9.3 miles? You might wanna get your car looked at....I'm just sayin'

...Well, the Western Ring Road certainly gets bad traffic, I guess that took them 6.4 of the days :) (Victorian joke)

ive noticed alot of errors in car discriptions. I guess proof reading wasnt on their to do list.

seen at least 10 different typing errors, most with the NASCAR discriptions

:D ahaha!

Quite a few.

VB's VN's VT's and VY's

And a day rarely goes past where I don't see someone with a commodoe broken down on the side of the road. Same with the E and A series faclons actually.

Well, you see them broken down a lot because they're very common cars.

...and come to think of it (looking at those models you listed)... It looks like Holden has had a crappy history of reliability. But they do fix the issues with their "Series II" versions, which tend to always come out after their "Series I" craps itself and gets a full recall :)

You're also missing a period.

I guess proof reading wasn't on your list either.

I guess that's appropriate considering the education level of most (before you get mad, remember I said MOST!:scared: ) NASCAR fans...:sly:

BTW, I hope that your proof reading mistakes were deliberate... they were, weren't they?:dunce:

They hav ethe entire Chevy SS Pickup description of the C2 Vette.

Lots of tell tale signs the final product was rushed.

...the highway touring race around Australia...

Anyone care to enlighten me as to WTF they are referring to?

E and A series faclons?

Sounds like you don't know WTF you are talking about (though the VB, VN and VT commodores are pretty average).

Haha when I went to buy it from the used car dealership I was like ummmm.....this isn't a pickup truck. Its usually pretty interesting to read the descriptions as well, so I was kind of disappointed because I usually read a lot of them.

I noticed a typo last night, said S2000 achieved remarkable fuel economy of 999.0 L/100km lolz

I think that all fuel economy figures in the descriptions are 999.0L/100km as I have seen this in the Toyota Prius G '09 and Honda Insight '99 descriptions as well.

A little off topic but I have to love when you're starting a NASCAR event the actual drivers aren't driving. It might say b.smith in Dale Earnhardts car. Um...why isn't dale driving? Is he on vacation?
