Hi guys. I need some help please. I have a g25 and ever since I've tried to play shift 2 it's just been frustrating.

The problem is, my pedals don't work! Only the brake pedal seems to work fine. If I press the clutch or the accelerator, nothing happens yet the car seems to be accelerating by itself with only about 1/4 or 1/2 throttle. What the hell? everything else is fine, gears are fine, steering is fine, what the hell is the problem?? It's frustrating me to the extreme.

I have the control setup on "Logitech G25 - seperate pedals", Manual, Automatic clutch set to "no". I thought there was a problem with my g25, but I fired up iRacing and all works well, everything is fine on the Logitech profiler too.

Another annoying thing is, I tried assigning the controls myself in the options menu. So I went to "Throttle" and tried to change it, as soon as I tried to change it, the game tells me "Multiple inputs were detected. No action was assigned" Argh!!! So I can't even change the controls to what I want. I don't understand what the problem is.

I tried my xbox 360 controller for windows and that worked perfectly, I even tried changing the g25 controls with the 360 controller and it worked! As soon as i plugged in my g25, the same "Multiple inputs were detected. No action was assigned" message.

PLEASE HELP!! It's driving me nuts.

It's not that there's a button stuck down or something, that won't affect things in iRacing is it?
Go intot the logitech profiler and to the device properties and test all the inputs, make sure nothing is showing up as pressed/activated when it shouldn't be?
Otherwise maybe reinstall the game.

Yeah I already went into the properties and nothing is pressed down or anything. GT5 works fine, iRacing, and even LFS are all OK. I had a fiddle with the Logitech profiler, enabling dsabling, tried combined pedals tried almost everything, I even unticked everything and tried that too.

I will re-install the game and see if that fixes anything. Any other ideas what it could be? By the way I went into "Custom Wheel" and I could easily assign the buttons/axis that way but it won't let me use my H shifter as there's no way to map the seperate gears, plus the steering felt different aswell even though the forces, sensitivity and deadzones were exactly the same as my G25 control setup.

I can't map at all using the preset G25 setup. I can only map with "Custom Wheel"

I will re install the game tomorrow and see what happens.

I had this problem with my G27 once. Somehow the connection between pedals and wheel wasn't tight enough.

As a rule of thumb I always check the cables first :D

I'm having the same problem with my G25, works fine if i set it up with "custom wheel" but then i can't use the gear leaver only the paddels and it sucks :( (win7 x64)

I have the same issue.

It seems the axis is different. "-Y" being the game's default G25 setting and "-Z" being the actual pedal axis.

It's odd they didn't include the option to custom set up the H pattern in the custom wheel profile, since that would solve the issue. I also get the "multiple inputs detected" error in trying to remap the default profile.

(Also on Win7 x64)

Yeah exactly right. I gave up and just use the custom wheel with the paddle shifters now but I got over it very quickly. FFB is very poor, I just keep going back to GT5.
