They're tuned road cars. Blocking them means you also block Spoon, Mugen, AMG and Shelby cars.

Anniversary cars are road cars. Yes they should be allowed in road car rooms.

If they are not racecars, or psuedo-racecars, then yes. A psuedo-race car is a production car, which has configurable front or rear downforce, for instance the Chromeline Audi R8, McLaren F1 (with aero mods), or the Nismo 380RS Super Leggera cars from GT5.
