Should I start B spec again ?????

I have 3 B spec drivers lvl 11, 5 and 3 but two of them are more hot than cool and I read somewhere that cool drivers set the best times. Is it worth starting again with more cool drivers or keep going, they are pretty useless
 
I have 6 4 on the cool side one of which is very cool and 2 on the warm side though not over about 25 percent.

All 6 do fine at this point but then they are all level 23 or above now.

If you feel that one of your drivers is no good then retire him and get another. Enter him in the highest level race you can where you can also enter a dominate car for him to drive and just tell him to pace down on the first race. He will level up in no time.

My 6th driver is right up there with the rest of them now even though he has less than 20 races and some of the others have closer to 100.

I got rid of my lvl 11 and lvl 5 drivers and got some more cool drivers but I try to put them in a big race with a dominate car but he is rubbish , The car is capable of 250 MPH but he doesnt like going over 170 MPH no matter how many times I press increase pace. I am trying the Supercar Festival LV 11 with a fully tuned Nissan GT-R 07 with transmission set to 250MPH because its the high speed ring or Daytona oval ???? The only race I can seem to have any luck with is the France lvl 7 amateur but its very slow for XP.
 
I've always found my hot drivers to be the quickest and they don't throw it off the road every lap either.
