I bought my first DLC last night, Car Pack 3. I was really looking forward to racing the Lambo Aventador. Ive had some really good exiting races in the seasonals over the last few nights but almost instantly as I had payed for the DLC, it occured to me that there were no seasonals suitable for the Aventador or the Aston. There arnt any races in the game that are competative.
I would have thought that launching a seasonal that suits the cars that people buy the DLCs for, in this case the Lambo and the Aston, (I doubt anyon parted with the best part of a fiver for a Leaf, or Countryman and certainly not for a Beetle) would not only be reward for the buyer and somewhere to play with his/her new toys, but also a good way for PD to promote the DLC in question.
If id seen the Lambo and aston zipping around a seasonal for sub 600pp Supercars with tyre restrictions, I would have bought the DLC when it came out. In the end, it was Top Gear that sold it to me.
Anyone agree?
