Not until most of the other cars are Premium first. The Veyron really doesn't deserve it. It's the ultimate troll car. It's the most undeservedly overhyped car in automotive history.

The Veyron sure does have a lot of haters. Does it deserve to be premium, absolutely yes. Why?
1. It was a fairly new car added to the series, so why it wasn't future proofed (meaning made premium) is beyond me.
2. Often hailed as the greatest car of the last decade and of the new century.
3. One of the fastest production cars every produced.
The Veyron should be right up their with cars that deserve to be made premium. Its just as much a classic as favorites like the McClaren F1, Jaguar XJ220 and the Ferrari F40. Its often hated so much simply because it is so popular with the mainstream community. Personally, I hated the car before GT5 but when I tried the car in game, it just gave you a amazing thrill. The speed and acceleration are so much fun.

i like having the 'standard' cars present in the game, gives so much more variety?
i voted 'no' as everyone can think of a car they want to be premium. I use bumper view point and like others have mentioned find the graphics on the standard card perfectly acceptable and don't look out of place.

Yes! YES! and YES!!!
This car, a modern marvel of human persistence and technological wonder, doesn't get premium status when it by sevenfold has the best interior in the game. Look at it! That's all leather, not some crappy Toyo-plastic, or fake Chevy wood. How many cars have magnesium knobs. And that 1001-HP gauge!
But you know some cars deserve better. This one is made of pure gorgeous plastic, going to 0-60 in a neck splitting 9.5 seconds and a bull charging engine ripping out a bean-ripping 86 HP.
Oh wait it doesn't stop there. This one is a pure automotive milestone. 0-60 in cheetah speed 10.5 seconds. It turns faster than crap can melt in the Sahara, and has the shape that makes you wet your pants.
And the big one. Conquering the road with world splitting 25 hp, a ride so out of this world and exciting it makes weed useless (although the seats still smell of it, and I think there's a couple blunts in the glove compartment if there is one.) 0-60 in body gorging 45 SECONDS. The aerodynamic prowess of an cabinet, and turns faster than heads looking at a sprinting porn star. Drum roll for the...
Let's keep praying PD puts in the Veyron SS in DLC to redeem itself and shut us up.
very good posti'm glad that someone can admit the bladder problems they have when they see a prius, i am also a long term sufferer from wetting myself whenever i get so much of a glimpse of this car.

As much as any other car in the game, yes it does deserve to be premium. But I could care less if it was the last car to be made premium. It's fugly, it's nearly useless, does just two things good: cost a lot of money, goes real real fast in a straight line. But I think after six years awaiting for PD to put out GT5 all cars should be premium, at least get the exhaust sounds right, most cars sound like blenders.

While the Veyron is an automotive icon of ingenuity and a definite weclomed addition to GT, I just think maybe it was overlookd because its glory days have come and gone. They've captured 2/3 of what the Veyron is about and this for the most part is all people care about.
GT really pushes the SLS AMG, GTbyCitroen, ZR1, and of course Ferrari/Lamborghini because these cars all well known and revered by everyone. 9 times out of 10, you give someone a winning lottery ticket for $100 million a Ferrari F430 will be in their future. A car like the Bugatti Veyron is kind of surpassed now. Not a whole lot of people know it even exists, even at the height of its supremacy in 2005/2006.
If GT5 were going to include the Super Sport version, I bet they would then go the extra mile it premium and leave the regular Veyron for the UCD.

Saying that the Bugatti Veyron isn't fast is pretty ignorant.
No, it isn't the fastest car around the Nurb Ring and other tracks but it's FAR from a slow POS.
There's a few things limiting it's potential.
For one it isn't exactly a light car at over 2 tons. Two no one wants to be responsible for damaging a 1+ MILLION dollar automobile so I doubt it's full potential has ever been realized.
Regardless, the Veyron has pulled some pretty respectable lap times. The thing is it wasn't designed to be a track day monster.
The Veyron is more of a super fast, refined, yet very capable GT exotic.
Other cars may be quicker but they don't offer the same combination of comfort, style, build quality, etc, etc.
Looks are obviously highly subjective but I think the Veyron looks really nice overall.
