Should there be a site-wide sticky regarding IBTL?

I've recently noticed a huge amount of IBTL posts once again in the GT5 forum, and I was wondering whether there should be a new thread regarding that specific issue. I remember there used to be one a while ago (I do remember instant bannination for making one occurred for a while, and a search turned up this thread), and while I don't think measures of that extent should be taken yet, perhaps there should be a sticky of some sort now that the GT5 forum seems to be getting flooded with them as a sort of reminder.

Forgive me if there is one and I just missed it.

A sticky regarding Internal Bleeding of The Large-intestine? :p

It does get annoying though, I do agree. Of course, just as with any other informational sticky, it will most likely be overlooked.
 
This step is already planned for the GT5 forum. As shown by Jordan, here.

I've rejuvenated that particular thread and have stickied it in the GT5 forum.

The report function will work fine for any such post.

It's when an obviously pointless or offensive thread gets posted that everyone knows will be closed, and users make a game of trying to get a post In Before The moderators see and Lock the thread.
 
Wasn't there a warning that if users do that, infractions will be given out?
