Should we have to tune a car to win?

I think doing this, and making life hard for yourself makes the game more rewarding. It involves more skill and patience.

I won TSUKUBA wet/hard in a WRX Spec -C. It was tuned ALOT and still 200 A-Spec points. I used some 4 wheel drift and "left-foot braking" to keep my speed through the corners.
 
basically you can make thi game as easy or as hard as you like. if you want a challenge then race with a lesser car... want to just finish the game as soon as you can, tune the hell outta your cars. its that easy.
all comes down to preference really. I prefer a challenge so I tune very little.

post script: to answer the thread, there is nothing to say that you HAVE TO tune the cars. you can win with out doing so.
