My modified S14 used for Silvia Sisters and I used a JGTC livery I liked. Man, I would love for more actual 90s JGTC cars to be in GT again.

I finally gave one of my Vipers a widebody and upgraded it, trying to replicate the feel of an actual GTS-R. Took these pictures for a 25th anniversary post.

Today, I took one of my Mazda Roadster TCs and upgraded it for the Roadster endurance mission. Sadly, I didn't win on my first attempt due to a few poor choices in pitting.

Once again I've been nostalgic for my miserable childhood memories; I've been trying to recreate the special 'LM Edition' cars from Gran Turismo 1. Below are some of the more elusive prize cars. Anyone who's played will hopefully remember the Toyota Chaser LM Edition (curiously the only LM car with only one colour option). Without one in GT7, I tried the next closest thing; the Toyota Crown LM Edition.

One of the rarer cars was the Silvia S14 LM Edition. I attempted to use visual effects to try and recreate the massive wheel arch flares on the original...

I also recreated the Viper GTS-R, with the green stripes.

The liveries themselves are very simplistic. The hardest part is figuring out what sponsors to use, since the originals were just pixelated bits of barcode. With the Viper for example, I had to look at pictures of the 1996 GT1 car that raced at Le Mans to figure out the Michelin, Oreca and Activa sponsors.

I'm slowly working my way through the entire roster (except the CRX Del Sol, with nothing remotely close to use, unless I try a K20 Beat...).
 
Continuing with Gran Turismo 1 LM cars, I recently finished what is pretty much my favourite car ever featured in a game: the vision in gold that is the Mitsubishi GTO LM Edition.

My only wish is that GT7 had a few more rear wing options to better replicate the original.

Same here, except I would also wish for the 2nd Generation GTO to be added too, so we have have more accuracy in recreating a GTO LM.

I remember these! They came up when I googled 'Silvia LM Edition'.

I'd love it if we had the three different wing options for the GTO - the adjsutable low spoiler, the hoop, and the shelf :D
