I wish they made a red version because it would make a helluva FAK.

More than a year ago, I supported the crowdfunding campaign (Zoop.gg, rather than Kickstarter) of Alexis Flower’s webcomic I Roved Out in Search of Truth and Love Tome 3 in hardback. It finally arrived today. But I didn’t just get Tome 3. I got all three tomes. And a second volume of Tome 3.
So why did I get two volumes of Tome 3? See, I already had Tomes 1 and 2. I bought Tome 1 from his online store a few years ago. Tome 2 had been published, but was already sold out. I bought Tome 1 hoping there would be a second printing of Tome 2. And then one day he posted on Patreon that he found two boxes of unsold Tomes 2 in a closet and had just put them up in his store. Fortunately, I saw the post in time to get my copy, as they sold out in just a few hours.
Which still doesn’t explain why I got a second Tome 3. In addition to crowdfunding the publication of Tome 3, he was republishing Tomes 1 and 2, but in greatly expanded editions with numerous extra pages and bonus content. I needed the new versions of Tomes 1 and 2. You get that, right? I didn’t want them. I needed them. That would leave me with two versions of Tomes 1 and 2, but only one of Tome 3. So I ordered a second Tome 3. Then I would be able to gift a full set of Tomes 1, 2, and 3 to a friend online, giving him the older versions.
Look, that’s just how I think.
Also included were two 8.5 x 11 prints for which I will get frames, a preview of Tome 4, two enamel pins, a keychain, a bookmark, and some stickers. IRO is highly NSFW, but the photos of everything I got is SFW (barely). Just to be safe, I’m putting the photos behind a spoiler tag.
